Next he can ask State's high-profile newscaster if State's going to win the SEC championship. Because as we all know, typically the second-to-last place team in the division is the team chosen to play Georgia. Just as soon as someone from State gets a high-profile newscaster who talks about them all the time.

but I enjoy his talking a lot about Ole Miss. I never actually see it since I won't watch Fox news, but I see the short clips sometimes when emailed the links.

I'm sure Wallace and most of the other big time news people went to ivy league or other private schools, and ole Shep gives the impression that Ole Myth is right up there with them. That's the reason that I bring everyone of the rebs I see acting like this back down to earth, by mentioning what their "academic" prestige is actually like. They are a public school in MS with the same academic standards as everyone else, no matter what they call themselves.
