Chris Warren vs. Dee Bost

Bost doesn't have as many points or as good of a shooting percentage, but he gets more rebounds and assists. They are about the same.
and I would take Bost over Warren. Not taking anything away from Warren because he is very good. I think Warren is just a little too short.
everyone over here will say Bost and if you posted this on Nafoom they would say Warren. I would honestly take either one. They are both pretty good.
Warren is capable of going off hitting 5 plus 3's a game... Heis no doubt a big time deep threat, but that's about the only thing I'd give him over Bost.
Bost can hit his 3's too,but don't fill it up as often as Warren. Bost plays much better defense, he handles theball much more and ismore efficient w/the rock imo... which equal more assist...Bost drives to thehoop more frequently also & canfinish, or get the foul resulting in moreFT's. Yeah I'd take Bost all day.

Hard to compare overall numbers since Warren is a senior and bost is a junior. But I'm not sure who averages more a game for their career, I would assume Warren since bost has had a lot more scoring talent around him playing, where Warren has been pretty much their #1 scoring option since he got there. I would take bost all day, Warren might have a slight edge in scoring, and I mean slight, but bost is a lot better over all.
Warren is probably a little bit better shooter, but its not that big of a difference.
Bost is a better passer, defender and he can simply play the PG position. Warren is a shooting guard stuck in a small point guard's body.
I really think that most Ole Miss fans have seen Bost light up Ole Miss enough to know how good he is.

Warren is in actuality a 5'10 2 guard. Bost is a true point guard. It will be interesting to see if he 'tests' the NBA waters again.
Warren can't guard and is 5'10...that doesn't translate to the NBA. He may find a spot somewhere overseas or non-NBA league but not the NBA.
Im pretty sure his draft stock is the same next year as this year. Whether he gets drafted this year or next has nothing to do with his stock, it has to do with the other players coming out.

Same body type/size. Seems to be a good pick&roll guy, average shooter at this point, and above average defensively.
Certainly the team will be less talented, but if Sidney comes back, and decides he wants to prove people wrong, he could be SEC player of the year type player. Its not likely, and I think he leaves early because he is convinced he is better than he actually is, but with him, and Hood and Smith that is a strong trio. Steele has shown flashes and Lewis is a good bench guy.
Its a bubble team, which is what Ole Miss and MSU both seem to be stuck in the last few years.
Of course, I expect MSU to be playing in the SEC tournament final this year.

but I am still unsure of who is going to make the team tick next season (aka feed Sidney). I think Deville Smith could be that guy but I want him to sit under Bost for one season and learn.
