typically build their offers as the season goes on. For whatever reason. That's the only thing I could possibly guess.

then you see some two or three stars with ten offers.
JUCOs usually don't get their offers until during/after sophmore seasons.

This guy seems like a good get. Hopefully he can take Chaney's spot at MLB. Just don't be the next Timmay Jimmay Mawhinnay.

Anybody notice the amout of guys we're getting who will be able to enroll in January? Lawrence, White, Watts, maybe McPhee. I'm sure I'm missing some others.

That has to be hands down the worst LB to ever start for MSU. Even my wife was yelling for him to hit somebody instead of grabbing their ankles as they ran by.

I'll give Croom the benefit of the doubt on JUCO LB's as we were Douglas' only offer I think and he's been pretty darn solid

I believe chris white was not looked at real heavy because of academic reasons, but I could be wrong.

from his video he looks to be pretty large and not afraid to lay the wood to people... and he's super wooly at the end of his interview

Scout over ranks all the juco recruits. It means much more to be a 4 or 5* HS recruit than a 4 or 5* juco recruit.

Below is a list of scout's top juco players based on their ratings. Some of these guys have no offers or updates. Some of them have tons of offers and updates. A few have video, but most don't. Therefore, how in the hell are they evaluating them?

Douglas, Bowman, Holmes, Q'quinn, Burks, Hamilton. Most of the jucos he signs come and contribute.

if he would have said all of Croom's Juco recruits have worked out. But when he says most, then that usually means some didn't pan out. Keep up the great work and you won't be around much longer.

TJ had horrible reaction time and was quite possibly the slowest person on the team speed wise.

mean as much in terms of Jucos. A lot of schools won't take Jucos at all and even more don't spend a lot of time scouting these guys. Two problems right off the bat with a Juco: you only have two years to use em (maybe three) and they either weren't smart enough or good enough to get into a Division IA school to begin with. But then again, I think all of recruiting is pretty much a crap shoot and a overblown waste of time. I like getting the good recruits but <17> me if I know what the really means.
