70/30 is way way too low.
As you said 80% ( at least) and prob more like 85-90%.
With perfect weather conditions increasing in the forecast look for a strong walk up crowd of local RU fans who haven’t purchased seats yet. The 300’s will be full of RU fans across the whole stadium.
