Did anyone hear Doug Colson this morning regarding last nights game and JV's all time block
status? He said it was a great win over Georgia(Arkansas) last night and nice to see them hold off
the Georgia bulldogs late push. Also great to see Varnado pass David Robinson(Tim Duncan) on the all-time list for 3rd place. And soon he will pass Shaq(Wojeich Mydra) for all time and hold
it for a very long time. Why did Chuck not stop him or are these guys that clueless</p>

The whole Pete Carroll to the Seahawks has their minds confused over there. If Chuck was talking about the 1985 NFL draft, he would have been spot on with the info. They are stealing money from WJDX.

and he had a great game last night. That being said, I thought the reversal to give him the 10th block was cheesy. I watched the replay and that was a strip not a block. Jarvis hit the ball before the shot attempt was even started. I'm just not real crazy to see us fudging things to make sure he gets the record. Maybe others saw the play differently.

it looked like he clearly deflected a shot and it went off his hand and hit the backboard beside the rim. Arkansas got the rebound and ended up making a 3 pointer on that trip. Wasn't counted as a block, but looked like it to me.

I kind of agree on fudging numbers, but we didn't do it for the record; we did it for the triple double. He's getting the record regardless. That said, was it us that changed it? Wouldn't it be official statkeepers that would have to do that?

I'd assumed the home team provided the official stat keeper and I'm pretty sure that's accurate but not positive.

is the worst sports talk show I have ever heard. There may be worse ones out there, but I have never heard them. The reason Chuck didn't stop Doug is because Chuck knows way less than Doug. As one guy said, if it was about something that happened 20 years ago, Chuck will know all about it, if it happened recently he will not. However, if you've ever heard the callers on this show, you will know why it is still on. They are all dumber than Doug... probably not as clueless as Chuck though. Put it on 930 am, or 105.9 in the mornings. Not great, but way better than Chuck and Doug.
