Who takes over the leadership role? If Gabe Kidd was ready to leave New Japan and come to AEW or at least go on an extended run with the company, I'd make it him. He's got the brightest future out of all of them, better talker than all of them, he'd fill that tough guy role very well, and he's excellent at drawing legitimate heel heat.

Otherwise, I'd probably go with Claudio. He's the most physically imposing and here's around regularly, unlike PAC.
PAC is the better talker but injured or back chilling in England half the time.
Yuta is a bum who loses all the time so it wouldn't make any sense at all. At least he's not a quitter though.
Garcia just joined and is not remotely ready for that role.
Shafir is just an enforcer who rarely ever wrestlers.

Unless they are getting a new member I'd say Claudio.

Also, I don't believe Mercedes does the blade at all. Now Skye Blue and some others I'd say definitely.

Skye Blue scares me in a match like this lol, she has some probably had some absolutely insane ideas for the match that TK and the producer(s) have had to reject.
