Are you suggesting that the Fenwick Offensive linemen should put their opposition in headlocks like the Ravens did this afternoon, or that the game ended on an offensive penalty after, the Refs got together had a 3 minute conference, referenced MIke & Mike, and made the right call that the game was actually over by rule?

I am suggesting Fenwick coaches had other options to run the clock out instead of just chucking the ball away like a punt.

Maybe they could HAVE learned from John Harbaugh if the rules in the NFL were the same as in NFHS.

That fact is, the Fenwick head coach actually did the right thing to end their game.

I know that I am putting my money where my mouth is, but I am a firm believer that game officials should know their stuff - especially a State Finals Official. It's a tall order to expect that game officials need to be experts in their day jobs AND in their avocation, but we chose our "hobby". We owe it to every competitor to work as hard as is humanly possible to be correct 100% of the time.
