I've always heard cars are one of the easiest ways to give extra benefits without the NCAA being able to do much about it.

Every school should easily have access to providing cars and most do on varying levels. You just have to watch who the cars are registered too.

I'm sure whatever low level perks may have been available in the past were nixed this year due to Slive and Co. being unhappy with the embarassment of the Cam situation. Of course everyone else just upped their game to fill that void.

So we lost a five star and a four star player to a Z71 and a Chevy Camaro. That's pretty cheap, certainly not 180k!

I don't know the process for how they disguise it every time but I know all schools are able to do it on some level.

It may not be every player but they're going to get deals.
