First half Waynesboro ran the option and passed the ball well with their hurry up offense, halftime score was 21-14 Clarke as both teams traded touchdowns throughout. Clarke had a rough time with the hurry up offense, but was the better conditioned team in the 2nd half as it looked like Waynesboro ran out of gas. Well played game on both sides, great sportsmanship displayed by both teams. Lots of hard hits in the game, Clarke's QB Colby Childs left the game late in the 4th with what looked like a rib injury.

Good game. Clarke's sophomore running back Rutherford had another huge game 344 yards rushing and 5 TD's. Child's injury should have been a personal foul as you can not pick up a player from behind and body slam them.
Talked to Childs dad and he is going to be ok. He will be ready to go this Friday. Good win for the Eagles last night as they fought through some adversity throughout the game. I do know they have been battling some injuries this past week etc.
