Spinning like a top trying to salvage some measure of dignity. He was appointed by Clinton. He is a liberal. 10 libs on the 4th circuit ruled against Trump. Facts are stubborn things.

Two different US Circuit Courts ruled against the ban.

Indeed, facts are stubborn things.

Trump's tweet just nailed the coffin for him.

"See you in court."

Both extremely liberal Circuits. We will see what SCOTUS does. Anthony Kennedy is the key (luckily he will likely retire this summer).

Wonder what will happen with Ginsburg? She may not be involved with this case.

I already listed the totals for the circuit, I think it was 11-8, dems versus republicans, respectively.

Some of you all put too much stock in who appointed whom.
For some with as many degrees as you have.....you sure are having a reading comprehension problem. Let me help you out. The question was about who appointed the 9 other justices that voted against the appeal in the 4th. The question was NOT about the overall makeup of the Court.....only the ones that voted in this case.

This case may not even make it to the SC.

Challengers have until June 12th to respond to DOJ petition at SCOTUS.

Washington (CNN)Parties who are challenging President Donald Trump's travel ban have until June 12 to respond to a petition from the Justice Department asking the Supreme Court to allow the ban to go into effect, the court said Friday.

The Court set a deadline of June 12, which comes about two weeks before its term is scheduled to end.
Once the Supreme Court has heard from the challengers, it will decide whether it should allow the revised controversial executive order -- that blocks entry from six Muslim-majority countries -- to go into effect while the justices decide whether they should take up the government's appeal.

LOL. Who appointed them makes all the difference in the world. Scalia appointed by a Republican. Ginsberg by a Dem. Get it?
