That's a suit related to a FOIA request. I see no problem with that. The information they are seeking is related to correspondence when she was working as SoS. They are within their rights to seek that information under a FOIA request. You could do the same if you wanted.

They can respond to a FOIA request and redact the classified information. That's legitimate under FOIA. I suspect the line from the State Department is that they are still assessing those emails and deciding what has to be redacted, if anything.
