I couldn’t remember who they played but I’m curious.KM lost OC this summer and the HC is calling the plays I think and he is more of a defensive guy..So you really don’t no which KM team your gonna get..I just said the same thing to a co-worker.

Hell when Tom called it sounded like he was inside the hole Shutdown is hiding in. You couldn’t hear a word at first. Then the guy from Cherryville gets on the mic and it had so much reverb I cut it off.

I think it’s the new conference break downs- most teams have locked in their playoff positions and many of the end of year rival games are againest different class teams now so each will not meet again in the playoffs. I agree bro. The Shelby / Burns thread is the same. Yea, it’s a county game and could be for a share of the conference but with RPI being the.main playoff factor, it took away from the big game vibe.
Shelby and Burns posters are in here hiding under Crests nutz more than they are in their own threads combined. Their fanbase wish the could win in the big leagues so bad.

Just heard about this thread and Smash. If anyone talks to him tell him pisgah and all the guys on the Duke board are missing him and praying for him
Don't know what happened to them. I'm still here, ain't hanging my head. We picked a bad week to play horribly. Not taking anything away from Ashbrook, they came out on top and congrats to them. Just wish we'd have played the way we're capable of. Offense was a shell of itself last week, and yes some of that was Ashbrook's defense but just as much of that was self inflicted. Not calling anybody out Coaches or players, I think they all would agree they should've done a better job.... but the season doesn't end there. Still a lot of football to be played and I like our chances. We'll see how it shakes out starting at KM tomorrow.
With all that said, some things are bigger than football and still sending prayers up for Smash. Hope each one of you will take a moment to do the same. I know we all bust each other's chops on here, but we're all a high school football and Cleveland County family.
Completely agree with everything you said. I don’t know the status of Smash but he’s been in my thoughts for sure!

Time Warner done rock bottom throttled your bandwidth didn’t it!
