I can't believe I'm even responding to this nonsense but here goes:

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/clinton-wrote-sent-classified-e-mails-on-private-server/ar-AAdRhsC

"Although government officials deemed the e-mails classified after Clinton left office, they could complicate her efforts to move beyond the political fallout from the controversy."

I knew libs would have comprehension problems. Those emails were deemed classified when written, according to Obama's own Executive Order. Did you not read the plain language of Obama's EO?

So did she commit "unauthorized disclosure"? While you're scratching your head on that one, I'll jump ahead and give you the really bad news.

Do you know what the penalties are for unauthorized disclosure? "Sanctions may include reprimand, suspension without pay, removal, termination of classification authority, loss or denial of access to classified information, or other sanctions in accordance with applicable law and agency regulation."

Oh boy.

Oh boy.

No, she mishandled classified information. And in addition, if she wiped the server after receiving the subpoena, she engaged in obstruction of justice. I wonder if her home brewed server was hacked?

You think it is that simple to make go away? Really?

You want her to be President of US and by previous sanctions, "termination of classification... denial of access to classified information or other sanctions... "?

And I can tell you that if it happened to anyone other than a politician the individual would be terminated, clearance revoked immediately, and you would never be able to work in the industry again.
