Good luck to him wherever he's headed. It is a little interesting that he'd leave without being fired/under pressure, as the article makes it sound. Haven't been keeping up much at all, though.

Slightly OT, but frankly, I didn't know if Burchfield would (or should) survive the handling of the Langworthy incident from last year.

Go Eras.

has told me some stuff about this. He may be a good man, but he's seriously pissed off a lot of Clinton supporters. He was definitely under some pretty serious pressure, and not just because he wasn't winning.

I guess Walker and/or Burchfield was running a bit of a screen there. Hope they get everything sorted out on all accounts.

It's pathetic that I come hear everyday and half the posts are about the Clinton football team. Don't you understand that this is a Mississippi State Board?!?! It reeks of insecurity. We are peaking in football, and all I hear is "Clinton Football blah blah blah". It's internet posts like these that cause us to lose football games. In fact, when we lose to LSU next season, you can look right here, to this post, for blame. That's right. Your off-topic musings about Clinton Football made us lose to LSU next season. I hope you're happy with yourself.

( I don't think they're necessary, but just in case: *********************************)

Scott Brown was one of the classiest. I'd have no problem with my son playing for him.

I hope his assistants survive, they are good guys too.

<div>J hasn't be the principal there for the past few years.</div><div>

Great guy, big State supporter. No idea what was going on in Clinton now, but I always respected him a lot.
