Finally back to football in Sampson County seems like its been forever.....Clinton's last game played was Aug 31st so literally a month without a game being played so it may be some rust we have to deal with only positive note with that is we(the team) was really banged up so guys have had time to heal up and rest.Darkhorses travel to Midway for a rivalry game with the Raiders.....like i said i figured there will be some rust to shake off early but after that i expect us to handle business interesting to see how we look with all our key pieces on the field together finally cause a key guy has been out every single game.....Midway much improved from last couple years especially on the offensive side of the ball QB #12 Calcutt(Seems like their is always a #12 Calcutt playing QB for them) is a great athlete good speed good arm and he has some backs and receivers that can hurt....i expect Midway to score on us and im not saying that to be funny the last 4 meetings Clinton has shutout Midway each time they have played.... last time they scored a TD on us in a regular season game was 2013 21-18 Clinton win.....i think it will be close for maybe a quarter while we shake off our rust then i expect us to roll.Just looking forward to finally watching some Darkhorse football again hope everyone has or is recovering from the storm well. GO HORSES!!!!!!!

Expect Clinton to take this one. Will take a while to get back into the flow. Will be like starting the season all over for most Eastern teams. Good luck to the Horses and hope to see ya in a few weeks.

Our secondary is thin. Our Rb’s are thin. Mcllelan broke his collar bone I heard on that last hit he took, nearly a month ago in our last game. Hoping it isn’t true, but look for Midway to try and throw it all over the yard, I would......try to that is.

That sucks i remember it looked nasty was hoping it was something minor since i really didnt hear anyone talk about it afterwards if true really sucks he is a great DB probably our fastest guy on the team.....think maybe they play Knowledge in the secondary now.....#34 and #26 can carry the ball aswell seen flashes from both....Jalen should be 100% now.....if it gets any thinner maybe see one of those big backs from JV get moved up

Never know, that clavicle could be healed by now, depending on the severity-if it was a clean break or a fracture. If he is indeed out tomorrow, that just means that someone else is going to have to step up.

Depending on the severity it wouldnt be crazy to see him back come playoff time.....Aaron Visor broke his in 2013 was back in the playoff loss to EB

Midway has some offensive weapons. I'm just anxious to see how Clinton does with such a long layoff, they seemed to be hitting a stride heading into the bye week, then Florence came, then another week off, now a Monday night Game. Should be fun. Thanks for tuning in. Best of luck to your stallions remainder of the season.

Soccer has a game tonight scheduled vs East Duplin is that still happening?...if so we will be without our normal kicker

Instead of starting another thread im just going to use this one to provide updates.....checking in from the 50 on the vistor side here at Midway good night for some football weather is great

Alllllll rightie then, lets play ball. Should see what goin to happen as Midway will the the ball first. Pre game said its gonna be Midway Off against Clinton Def.

Midway D holds Clinton on a 4th down after Clinton drove into Midway territory on Smith runs and a pass interference

Ok not sure what the call was cause thenref never announced it....Clinton had to attempt the 2point conv from the 15 so.some type of personal foul im guessing illegal crack back block
