Having looked over some of Beddingfield's stats, they are a full 100% running team avg less than 15yrds passing a game but close to 275 rushing. They have a big RB with over 1300 yrds on the season. One common opponent in Goldsboro and Beddingfield was crushed. Interesting note, Beddingfield was 5-0 at home 4-3 on the road, guess there may actually be something in this case to having home field advantage. Interesting to see how the horses handle this one. Survive and advance. Lets go.

Idk what happened with them at Goldsboro. They are much better than what transpired in that game. Don't use that as a measuring stick. Playing at Goldsboro is tough, considering you have to watch your back all the time. Rough area.
i think we get pushed but ultimately come out on top.....we got a pretty good defense too
looks like we are getting more and more comfortable in the passing game which they will have to respect cause if not Williams is going to make em pay...that young man is looking more and more confident every game great speed height hands.....and once that box loosens up Wallace,Smith,Faison,Simpson take your pick
Should see Faison back this week. He at 100% is dynamic. Sounds like Beddingfield runs power. Will have to gang tackle their FB.
What does the neighborhood have to do with them losing to Goldsboro?
As long as Clinton plays their game, mix it up a bit and play Dark Horse defense, we should be fine.
WRH has played at Goldsboro a few times in recent years. Never had an issue playing there and the people at the gate and concessions were as nice as could be. Never felt unsafe in any way.
Clinton’s Defense is good. Kinda with you on the ECC this year. But I will say the Wallace team that lost to Whiteville was not the same team I’ve seen a couple of times this year. Something has happened over there in the last few weeks because they lost focus. They will be back next year. East Duplin is a solid team that always gets better as the year goes on. ECC will be between them 3 for a while
Yes i may be bias but i call it like i see it....greatest attribute the coaches adjustments and how the kids execute.
Put it this way. Our defense is just as good as your kicker.....LOL! But seriously, our defense is pretty good. We have good size in the middle and speed around the edges. Defensive coach is great at making adjustments.
I honestly don't know what to think about the teams in the ECC? Is Clintons defense really that good or was the ECC really that bad. I guess we will all find out in two weeks

The DarkHorse defense is really that good. Going into the season with Kaba I thought teams may not be scored upon1st unit, without Kaba they’ve just about made that expectation.
Our defense is really good, but yes the ECC is not as strong a conference as it has been in past years.
The ECC may not be however the Simmons ratings (which are fairly accurate) have the ECC as the top rared 2A conference in the state.
Game will be won in the trenches looking at them they dont do anything to complex run it right at you 20 is a load at 235 pounds and #3 is no slouch himself just under 1,000 yards rushing......our defensive coordinator comes up with some solid gameplans and adjustments i think we will contain their rushing attack and put them in some situations their not comfortable doing 3rd and longs obvious passing situations etc kinda like teams have done to us in the past.......offensively i really like how comfortable we are becoming throwing the ball which could be a great difference maker Friday.
