Clock is wrong?

You can see ref Courtney Green trailing the play and activating the clock with the device on his belt as the Minn player picks up the ball (un-pressured 
I must add). Clock was right ā¦ the basket should have counted.
FWIW I think they took so long with the review because of missed calls at the very end in the osu and psu games. Thanks for nothing and too little too late.
