Hokie Times article says 37yrs, 27 at Radford which is closer to 19 a year, still impressive at the high school level. He does have a lot of talent come through his program which helps but you still gotta channel that talent. Congrats to him.
i just saw in a newpaper that cormany was coaching at rocky gap high school in the early 80's, he has been around a long time
Tim Hayes (as always) had an excellent article this week in his History with Hayes column in the Bristol Herald Courier. Even though the article primarily focuses on the 1985 Holston basketball team, there is a piece in the article that focuses on their game with Rocky Gap in the Region C tournament that year, coached by Cormany. (this may be the article that @7feeeeter was referencing) Great story, highly recommend reading it.
