if schools really cared about winning, they wouldn't keep recycling bad coaches into head jobs. and they would make it less of a burden to put together a competent staff. most of the "good" teams only have to play 2 or 3 competitive games a season bc the other teams on their schedule are ****.

Man, it be real frustrating seein these schools keep runnin back them same no-good coaches instead of fixin up their game plan to build a solid program. This cycle just messes up the players growth and weakens the whole league. Plus, when they got lopsided schedules, them so-called ‘good’ teams be feelin too comfy. If all they playin is scrubs, it throws off how they see they skills. Ain't just messin with the rankings; it’s hittin the players feelings too, makin ‘em unready for the real deal when it really counts.

Brian Hinson - He did a solid job at West and now being at a single system HS I think he could do very good if he get the athletes to buy in n have good # n who knows someone may transfer in as well I think he could have a really good success at Davie
