Rick, wake up and coach these kids. The only baskets we ever score are created by one on one play. That means you aren't doing your job, unless your job is to make them stand still, look at each other, and jack up threes because no open shot was created. I have been watching this crap for a long time. Get out or get some assistants in there who can assist you in setting up some sort of structure. These boys are playing their a**es off for you and you won't help them. I'm tired of getting outcoached. Do you think Vandy has more talent than us? No andlook at the season they are having. I'm so sick of this. We're behind every week. Put your kid down and get in the film room. You make me sick and you're making this whole fan base sick. I have never been so frustrated to be a state fan. We have the players on this team to be in the top 25 all year without Sidney. We believe in them, but we don't believe in you. You are screwing us and besides your recruiting, you have been doing it for years. I've never once seen you motivate a player either. It looks like they all hate you. Step it up or step it down.

If you support everything this man is doing, you don't know a damn thing about basketball.

Yes, and it's not even close. Ogilvy, Beal and Taylor are better than anyone we have not name Varnado. Tinsley is pretty good and Jenkins looks to be a future star.

1. I didn't expect to beat Vandy.
2. Its hard to tell who is more talented b/c they are coached so much better.
3. Some of you say we aren't going to win all the ones we are supposed to, and I can buy that. BUT.....when are we going to win a couple we AREN'T supposed to? Answer that question.

letting the fact that you like him as a person, impact what you think about him as a coach. I like the guy as a man too. I don't necessarily want him gone. But the fact that this coaching staff is doing a terrible terrible job means that something has to change. If you don't agree that something has to change, I don't know what to tell you.
