That was not me. I just ridiculed you incessantly when you claimed you were winning 80% of your basketball bets and then when you started posting you were about 18%.
Betting 12 to win 10? What would your record be if you had made all of your bets individually without teasing them?
you probably would have been better off just betting all of your games individually without teasing. Just because you're winning doesn't mean it's not a sucker bet. You can hit 20 in blackjack and get an ace, it doesn't make it a good play.
picking games with the regular line on covers.com just for fun, i'm hitting about 43%...teasing games makes it much easier for me. A teaser is not a sucker bet. The line of thinking is that more games = more chance to lose. Thats not necessarily true because the way the line is manipulated. Because of the way you manipulate the line, it increases your chance of predicting correctly. Teasing works for me.
that's not the same as it being a good bet. The books aren't offering you teasers to help you out. They've done the math. They're offering you teasers because it makes them money. It appears easier. Sometimes it is. Usually it isn't, not for the payout.

So, common sense would tell you if I get to move the lines by 10 points, it greatly helps my chance of winning. 10 points in football is alot. I think my percentage of being correct with the 10 points added outweighs the percentage of my losing by adding games.
Hell, there is a 50% chance of someone being correct on every game. By adding 10 points, I think that number goes up significantly.
