Coaches Personell Adjustments

Coaches should take these next couple of games to tinker with some PT for some guys. Would like to see new bodies at both guard positions. Newby not necessarily replaced, but Wilbon given more time. Davie's play is a liability and they're already willing to give him the hook probably need to let Rose/Jones/Kalu be the top three guys. What do we have at LT, can Lewis move over to Guard? Rush Newby on 3rd down passing situations like Bo did. Anything else? And yeah I totally screwed personnel LOL

Seeing everyone's into moral victories, how many 4 stars did we land? If zero, things won't change.

Newby goes backward too much and looks to be incapable of getting a tough couple of yards - Cross has looked like the better runner - Wilbon needs to get a serious look

This staff needs to fix a lot of things in the run game - #1 is to realize we need to run to win
