Stoops and his UK team is having a good season, but they got clown stomped by Georgia. They have a pretty forgiving schedule from here on out. I can see them in a good bowl game if they rebound from today.

A more interesting look would be to see how many Kragthorpes as compared to Stoops there are.

And WVU let a coach go that averaged 7 wins a season and 8 the last 5 due to social media and people who now want WVu to accept 5 wins and less for some reason, when they refused to accept 7,8,10 win seasons?

things that make you go hmmm

What's that, they didn't offer him a contract he could agree to?

Anyone longing for the days of Coach Gomer need look no further than his mentoree with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mike Tomlin cut his teeth with Bill Stewart at VMI 25 years ago. It shows every week as long has he is coach of the Steelers.

As usual the troll spouts a bunch of b.s. Do you really need the news articles stating WVU offered a low contract to Holgorsen for less money and time than he wanted, he wouldn't sign it and then left moron? I did prove it. And that was after dicking around with his contract in 2015 before extending him--which cost WVU talented recruits.

WVU did not retain him, didn't counter offer--let him walk, let him go.

Doesn't matter how many ways its said its the same thing dumbass.

Meanwhile you keep licking the balls of Kragthorpe 2.0 and his 5 win or less seasons.

You've got a point but I think the hope has been that we will eventually exceed the potential we had with Holgorsen. And who knows what may have been going on behind the scenes. I think Holgs was given a market rate offer to extend and he decided to move on because he saw he wasn't going to survive likely losing seasons in 2019 and 2020. Brown shows areas of being superior to Holgs and areas not. Brown royally screwed up not getting a better QB in here last year
