Coaching Buyouts

Came across this tidbit today which is that Minnesota Coach Tracy Claeys has a buyout provision if Minnesota were to part company with him that provides for a buyout of $250,000 per year. I re-read it and cross-checked it to make sure that there was not a zero missing in this figure. Frankly I could not imagine a Power 5 Coach having a buyout that low.

I am sure their recruiting is lights out easy. I thought I heard where the Twin Cities is a top 10 metro population wise..... sheer numbers illustrate they should be better with limited division 1 competition in that state.
