To be fair, most of the responses (not all of course) were legitimate gripes that I also have about the Davis Wade experience. There are so many issues they need to address in all parts of the stadium, and will need to address them quickly. Most of them are simple like, making sure air conditioners work in bathrooms, TV’s in concession lines. I bet at least half of the concession line TV’s weren’t working yesterday. Not to mention the concessions and security line issues. It was embarrassing on Saturday.

Over half of our stadium is extremely outdated and uncomfortable as far as seating/ row length/ stairs/ walkways. They could at least make sure every other part of the stadium provides a good enough experience to convince people that it’s better than a comfortable couch and 72 inch. And by god get the band to at least spell out MSU or the shape of MS or something in the halftime performance. Nothing at halftime would leave me to believe that the band performing cares a lick about our state or school. r/SundayRant

Terrible take. Cohen can’t be personally responsible for every single aspect of game management. If it continues to happen, then that falls on Cohen. It appears to me he addressed the situation.

Did Aramark do a trial run on Friday? Did Security do a trial run at the scanners? Do these two companies pay their workers more than $7.25 per hour? Does the Stadium Operations Manager start testing everything 2 weeks before the first game to make sure all phases of a large entertainment facility are functioning at or near 100%?

Do they need to hire me to run this dang operation since I have experience as a Stadium Operations Manager?
