I think #8 is about right for State.

I think Texas is way too low at #9.

Based on recent success, Vanderbilt at #4 is fine, but I expect them to slide in the new landscape.

No offense to the national champs, but Tennessee at #2 seems high. If their coach left, they wouldn't be a top program, which means they aren't a top program.

Fully agree that somewhere around #8 is where State should be, but disagree that it’s where Lemonis has us today.

It’s at least debatable as to whether he’s running a Top 25 program any longer

While I agree that most of their success if Vitello, the longer he stays there, the more tradition and program potential they amass. That's how it starts. And honestly, they should be #1 at this point. Their 2021-2024 success could dang near rival any 4 year run. Maybe South Carolina 2010-2013? Or LSU 1996-1999?

The two Top 10 non-SEC schools (UVA at 6 and #10 FSU) are in the ACC.
