More than Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniels, Anthony Richardson, Bo Nix and Caleb Williams.

Is it correct that Big Ten schools get $90M payout while SEC schools get $50M?

Partially fake news. Bowers alone is making 3.2m this season. They carefully use the word “salary” because they are likely not counting signing bonuses which you should.
Color me very skeptical with the amounts of all these NIL deals and 'valuations'. MLFootball? Who da fook is that?

He's basically making what the 16th pick in the first round signed for last year. If he had a first round grade, it'll still benefit him to enter the draft, as he'd a year ahead on getting to his second contract/free agency.

He's probably got a 3rd round grade, but being such a weak QB draft, he may make it in the 2nd round, so staying another year is a no brainer.

If he can't carry to UGA a national championship, he isn't going to lead Miami to a championship.

So who is stupid enough to pay that much and what are their expectations? Just crazy
If they win 4 more games, then it's worth it. A win is worth roughly $1M

Nobody. I've yet to see one formal, public showing of an NIL deal. Just a bunch of announcements to drive clicks.

I have to believe there's nobody in the world dumb enough to pay 4M to a college QB, who doesn't help your marketing somehow. Livvy Dunne doesn't make that much and she's the biggest promoter in the college ranks. Of course, she's doing real NIL and not pay-for-play through a collective, but still.

Also the Tulane to Duke QB, who is paying that guy and what are their expectations for him?

Based on what I saw of Duke v OM, Duke needs more than a QB. And one QB isn't going to do much more for them than get a bowl bid. Maybe.

Is that the goal for Duke and Miami? Just keeping shelling out bucks to stay relevant then maybe... maybe... the landscape changes to give them an advantage?

I can't fathom being a billionaire. I guess if your interest payments are in millions, this is like buying a Coke. Which why I'm just curious who is bank rolling these deals?

why do I care? Because it drives up the price of ball for us.

Duke QB Darian Mensah who transfered from Tulane, is also reported to be making $4M per year for 2 years. Based on my rudamentary logic, Duke and Manny Diaz are thinking they will win 11 next season, or the next, with a solid QB.

BTW, Manny Diaz makes $4M per year.

Mensa should jump in on this NIL opp:
