That play ALMOST made him goat of the decade. I'd argue that given the weight of the situation McCoy would've passed even Steve Bartman on that list if the ball had landed a second later.

Stupidest clock management i have ever seen...either you try to get a play in as quick as you can or you let the time go and use that timeout. If you need to run a play get it in as quick as possible so you can use that timeout if you need it. What the heck is all this standing around waiting for a perfect amount of time to run a play. There's no such thing as a perfect amount of time. If anyone deserved to not have that clock reviewed it was Texas.

very clearly because all sacks from Suh and company. He really didn't seem to know what was going on during the last couple of plays. He broke the huddle very late on 2nd down play and then on 3rd down the snap was taken with time running down to 6 seconds left on the clock. He is lucky they got another snap off because he rolled out to the right and took forever to throw the ball away. The fact he didn't know the rule makes even worst.
