Did they give you any updated package deal? I have been paying through the nose for comcast cable and internet for years and have not checked other prices. Looking around I can get comparable service from Uverse for almost $100 less. I was going to try to call and get some kind or promo deal. The only deal they offer me online in the X1 package with telephone added. I don't need the phone service, so I was wondering what they offer you when you call in to try to upgrade.
I have 4 services now - I switched to X1 and added home security. And I already had internet and phone.
It doesn't bother me to call them and get on a deal. Just call and ask to talk to the retention department.
