Kaleb, why are you going to tusc this weekend? Hopefully just to eat some ribs.

They're not looking to take another DE in this class [they already have 2]. If they take a 3rd, it will be Brandon Jackson (Evangel) and Saban only wants him in order to get to Jemauria Rasco for 11. Come on, Kaleb, just go eat their food, laugh at their basketball team and get your *** back to Mississippi where you belong and where your *** will start early.

He says he is just going to size up the competition, and we have no worries. And I mean ****, free Dreamland.

Well if he wants good BBQ he should've visited USM so he could go to Leatha's. Dreamland sucks.

I'm in Pensacola but venture to Mobile often. I've had dream land many times and it is average to me. I know Tuscaloosa is the original. Is it any better?
I've always compared every barbecue restaurant to Petty's.

Well its only been 15 years since I ate there, but it definitely did not suck.

Please dont compare the Dreamland in Tuscaloosa to any other Dreamland. Personally, I think its more of the atmosphere at the original that helps with the name, but the other locations are too commercialized. It has basically turned into a chain now, which usually makes for declining value.

The Dreamland in Mobile is average, on a good day. The Dreamland on Jug Factory Road is awesome, especially since they only have ribs, beans, and banana pudding.

In regards to Mobile BBQ in general, Brick Pit is good and I've heard The Shed is good (though I'm sure it's not as good as the one in Ocean Springs).

Just to add: Barry Wood came to FL about five years ago and opened a Little Dooey on every corner... Ft. Walton Beach, Crestview & Destin... Too spread out and not even close to the taste of Starkville's Little Dooey... they all failed. Not to claim Little Dooey comes close to Dreamland or the other "elite" BBQ restaruants.. but the original Little Dooey is pretty good--- for WET BBQ.

will put the train back on the track so to speak with regard to our defensive recruits. We have gone a long time with no DC and I'm sure that's made some folks like Kaleb get a little antsy and on edge. If Diaz is hired, his first order of business will be to call up our defensive commits and firm things up with them. We certainly don't need this kid to go ride the pine in T-town.
