If it's stupid, it's stupid. It doesn't matter if we use it all the time or just once. It's still stupid. People will still ridicule us for it. And it should never, ever be used for ANYTHING.

the "no more 17-ing around" isan attitude that I've grown to appreciate from our new admin. I hope they take the same approach to "vroom maroon".

Agree with the clips needing to be more violent.

Chants? Stick with what we got.

Maroon! White! Fight! Fight! Fight!

Even though your motives are clearly biased, I agree. Hail State is simple, established, and powerful.<div>
</div><div>We could even play on the word "Hail" for spin off t-shirts/slogans, such as:</div><div>
</div><div>"Hail no, Rebels."</div><div>"Welcome to Hail."</div><div>"Hail's Bells"</div><div>"Beat the hail out of 'em, Dogs."</div><div>
</div><div>and, for when we're losing...</div><div>"Let's get the hail out of here."</div><div>
</div><div>But Hail State alone is strong enough to display on things like the MooTube in between the live feed, replays, and commercials/skits that air during games. It embodies a feeling of supremacy and loyalty. And best of all, it's not f*cking "Vroom Maroon."</div>

I really think that could be something good. It's got an old-school feel to it and doesn't sounds fabricated. Someone needs to email GB.

the theme was some type of racing with a car or something. I don't have the exact specifics but hence the "Vroom Maroon". With that being the them, it's still horrible. If it's a one time thing, it's not as bad as we are all making it out to be but the original post said this was going to the new phrase for Mississippi State athletics.
