He's getting paid $5M/year and part of that is to answer stupid questions from reporters before and after the game and at halftime. Because TV is what's paying that salary. Sometimes Leach can be charming and funny, like the Alyssa Lang wedding interview. And sometimes, he's just an *******.

ETA: The wedding answer was charming because it came after a win but somehow a halftime interview where he’s clearly frustrated with the officials and he’s asked about it he’s supposed to answer with what Sixpack thinks is some brilliant answer. It’s a 17ing silly gripe.

Leach is the result of a "panic hire" that has a gimmick offense that's not sustainable. The derivatives of the "Air Raid" are better than what the original creator devised.
I agree that most of his salary is because of the TV contracts and he needs to stop and answer a couple stupid questions he has answered thousands of times. Its not like he needs to get to the locker room to adjust and create the greatest second half gameplan known to man. He probably goes into his office and reads a book about medieval sword making until going back out.
