Yeah, I'm nervous as hell about Ward being there anytime and he's really the only one I'm concerned with, but I find it strange that Brandon Hill (if I have his name correct) is supposed to be there. It was down to us, bama, and I think UT before he picked bama. I just find it strange that a bama commit would show up over there at this time to check things out. Maybe if they had hired Leach or Malzahn or someone with name appeal I could understand, but what could be so interesting about the place to a bama commit?

it isnt the visit that is going to determine where they go.

It's what took place the 2 yearsbefore the visit, and what the kid wants to do. Sure he might get his knob polished. Ward is going where he wants to.

I'd put money on it Ward is not going to sign with us. I'd love to have him but he'll go somewhere he probably will get more playing time right awayNot. Although I'm sure he'd see the field with us. With Autry and Eulls we'll be pretty solid. I bet he ends up at Auburn, but I wouldn't be shocked if he goes to Ole Miss. I'm not going to be shocked if Alford ends up at USM. We can't get everyone.<div>

I wouldn't necessarily say that Ward wouldn't get a lot of immediate playing time here. Eulls is a solid player, but if we could get Ward, I could see the staff moving Eulls back to defensive tackle like they started the year doing this year before they realized we didn't have any depth at DE. If Cox bolts for the NFL, I could especially see Eulls back at tackle.

We got zero pash rush from the edges. Getting Autry doesn't mean Ward would be sitting on the bench. We have plenty of playing time available for Autry, Ward, and at least one more 5 star DE. Without looking at auburns roster, I would imagine that they have at least four de's that were rated 4 star or better. We aren't at the point where we are redshirting 5 star players.

If he was going to sign with them he would have already. His brother plays on the team now. Also, the whole staff minus the HC put the full court press on his family while he was at the ms vs bama game and met him in the driveway when he got home. They have pulled out all the stops but this kid seems to be one who can make his own decision. I don't see him being bullied so whereever he lands will be where he wants to go. MSU is the best fit IMO
