Seem really pointless at the power 4 level now. Somewhat interested in big 10 game but so far haven't really cared much for the other games even g6. Kind of watched UNLV for a minute and Texas tech byu some in first half. I haven't watched but three plays of the sec champ game.

With the expanded playoff, does P4 need them? If we have to go to 9 conf games, would rather add the 13th game for everyone and add the non conf game back in.

They don’t make sense in a 12 team format where so many conference also rans are in the mix.

I’d prefer a 6 team format with 4 highest ranked conference champions getting auto bids. AND if you don’t make your conference championship game, you’re out.

SEC made more money today than they will from any postseason game. As will big 10. So yeah. They’re not going away.
