Mintz had a ton of speed and your defense was able to get several stops in the red zone. TJ made too many mistakes and tried to match the size of Cherokee's OL on our DL and it just didn't work. And right after TJ made a change on the DL, injuries started piling up. But TJ never gave up and never quit fighting until the end, they didn't lay down or shy away from hits.
Now an honest question, is a part of Mountain football getting away with personal fouls while the other team gets called for everything? You hit a wide receiver in the helmet with your helmet (after the whistle?) and no personal foul? Usually knocking a player unconscious results in a personal foul penalty. TJ gets called for two face mask penalties on back to back plays, Cherokee doesn't get called for an obvious face mask later in the game. And there were countless late hits on McMullens after he threw the ball and none of them drew a flag.
