Looks like you guys got an Offensive minded coach with a decent amount of big time experience. Also looks like you are getting him for a bargin at 1.2 mil a year. Here is hoping for competitive games in the egg bowl that actually mean something for a change.

that's good. Ability to spot potential and jump on it before somebody else does is truly an art. It's somewhat easier to spot one after he's had some accomplishments as a HC, and may have already reached his potential, and may be on the way down. Of course, that's not directed at any particular coach...just sayin'.
