Have to give it to Coach Rice for making great defensive adjustments at the half. Holding Altavista to 18 second half points and coming back from 9 down. Also great free throw shooting as well. Congrats to Altavista as well. Nobody thought you would be back at this point with all the players lost from last year. Great program there and no doubt they'll be back next year

Yes, Congrats to Lancaster and Coach Rice! Way to beat Altavista!
A-town did a great job making it this far (and with a new coach as well to have to follow that winning streak, well done indeed). They seemed to overachieve with what they had lost from the previous years but excellent job to make it to the final 4.
I had been told that Lancaster should be able to beat them as long as they make their free throws etc. (heard Northumberland missed like 15 v Altavista and lost by 9). Got to make those. I wonder if most teams practice them like they used to? I saw one team this year, I think it was Sussex, dang they missed a lot of free throws. Almost an embarrassing amount it seemed.
Good luck to Lancaster and way to represent the Northern Neck in the state finals! Radford looks to be tough....
