I think we're going to lay to rest the myth that MSU and UM can't both be good at the same time in the next few years. Both teams appear to be setting up pretty good. Took a vacation day today and was watching Scott Van Pelt today, the SI guy covering the SEC media days said that Auburn's stretch of LSU, at MSU, USC, at UM, A&M and at UGA was the toughest 6-game stretch in the country. It felt a little weird and a lot good to see the 2 MS schools in that list.
For the record, historically, there is no correlation between how good or bad the two schools are in any given year. We're as likely to either both go to bowls or neither go to a bowl as we are for 1 of us to go to a bowl and the other not.
