In my 11 seasons of watching Bury and the Boys play, I have NEVER seen Bury that emotionally involved in a game. Could it be that he and his new boss had a sit down after the San Diego game?

When was the last time any of you have seen Bury shred his coat, call time outs to stop momentum, high five players, joke with players on the bench, make the right substitutions, etc. He was as emotionally involved in the game like Bruce Pearl is at Tennessee.

Great win, and great way to start the season. Keep it up Bury!!

Hell, I was waiting for Stans to pull the "T" out, because he was so into the game, but Beckham did it for him. It's great to see Stans get into the game like that. I also noticed an Augustus showing tonite... Hopefully, he will get his head on straight, because he definitely has some talent and can help us.

Alabama and Ole Miss. In fact, I'll never forget him giving the choke signal to the ref during the Ole Miss game after getting tossed for his second technical foul. You are right though, in that he has not been as emotional over the past several years. I always thought it was because he was scared he was going to permanently lose his voice. Oh, that's right, he has already done that.

of course, during the Ole Miss game, he couldn't really manage the game smoking with Coach Polk in Polk's office.

Fortunately we were going up agianst Rod Barnes.

I think he still has a lot of fire in him, but he tries to keep it in check. I went to the Florida game last year and he was really into it at the end (probably wasnt shown on TV). He was giving high fives to the coaching staff and the players and I hadn't seen him so excited for a big win.

....'Bury was possessed or something. I hope he keeps it up. Maybe he just evaluated himself and realized something needed to change. If so, bravo to him.

Good for him. I didn't get to see the game, but I've been wanting to see a little bit more want-to out of him
