have jobs as assistant coarches in the NFL...another reason that belies the importance of coarching in that league...hell, they're pretty much glorified cheerleaders. Real coarches like Saban and others get frustrated and get the hell out or don't get the hell in to begin with...must be the money.

What was Croom's biggest win in his first year -- were there any?

If not, what was his biggest moral victory?

Everything he's ever been in charge of has been a failure. OC at Detroit? Come on.

You can say his RBs with him being a position coach have been good - Barry Sanders, Aman(sp) Green. But that's a pretty narrowly-focused job. Not a lot to be "in charge" of.

We should not count Maine since he was suprised we played them that close. Hell the first 4 years did not count anyway.
