....we're about to be woefully behind when recruits compare stadiums across the board in the SEC.

Use the arrows at the bottom of the first pic to scroll through (as if you didn't know)...

as we learned the hard way over the last 20 years, baseball recruiting and winning have almost zero to do with your facilities.

..and I'm sure they attach some sort of prestige to them....a.k.a. giving lots of money.

I don't think the LFL has ever tried to win the Good Housekeeping award. It is what it is and that's what makes it awesome. While we have major work to do on the press box, luxury seating, expanding the grandstands, exterior, I wouldn't trade the LFL for Baum, Alex Box, Swayze, or Plainsman Park.

And there is not a team that has won the national title that has a better facility than us so as I said, a good looking baseball stadium is really just for fans.

other SEC schools over the past decade or more are taking baseball serious now. State and LSU have always seemed to take baseball serious and have always been sort of "powerhouses" of baseball and now you have other schools making a strong push such as OM, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt. And I don't really think we will get behind in recruits due to the fact they know how much we care about baseball, and how many people we can actually get in there to a game.

Busch Stadium, especially the II one, has nowhere near the charm of Wrigley Field or should ever be mentioned in the same sentence as Wrigley Field, and is not exactly a must visit stadium. But the Championship banners sure do look nice.

Have to say i am not a huge fan of the Alex box new design, it is nice..
But im just not a fan of exposed steel, the first time I saw the finished pictures, I went looking back through the blueprint and design pics to see if they were going to finish the suites...
It looks unfinished., another major point i dont look is the stairwell entrance on the front.

South Carolinas new stadium is amazing looking, and I would love to steal many ideas from it to re-vamp dudy noble.
The seats down to field level, wrapping the extra-large dugouts, again field level seats behind home plate.
The overall clean look is great, the only things i dont like is on the left field line there is a section of seats crammed in there that must have horrible sightlines for anything in the outfield.
and also, the positioning of the home field bullpen in almost center field, move it to the foul line like the visitors.
Also, the main entrance for everyone is in the outfield, but that could not be avoided due to the area.
