I’m glad we were invited to the Corvian invitational. Hopefully we can keep it close!
I'm going with murphy 35 corvian 21 it's tuff to win at the hill and the way Murphys playing right now is lights out.
How does Corvian compare on the O and D lines to CSOD? I need to know this before I can make a prediction.
I’ll ask the same thing I asked last week about CSOD…How have they been defending a team like Murphy that will and can line it up and run it right at them?

They have a couple of D1 defensive line prospects with some big-time offers (Ohio State, VT, Nebraska, Miami). Their freshman QB posted that he has an offer from Kentucky.

I agree. But the way Murphy playing right now I still think Murphy takes it. Based on Everything I've read, East Wilkes ran it on corvian pretty well. They did score 28 but they had two critical turnovers in the corvian red zone that hurt them. Murphy should be fine
I watched the highlights between Corvian and Davidson…Corvian threw a lot of short screen passes. I think if Murphy tackles well, they should be ok but if they don’t, it will be a long night.
Corvian has two D1 d-lineman and I seriously doubt they'll be stupid enough to have none of their d-lineman in a three point stance like CSOD did most of the game, Corvian should fare better upfront for sure.

All I will say right now is that I hope all those colleges are watching this game closely. Might be some under the radar Murphy kids who will start to get noticed after this.
As far as seniors go I think #71 and #84 have the ability to play somewhere at the next level. I know #71 has schools like Catawba and Lenoir Rhyne looking at him.
#71 against a d1 could be a boost for him if he plays to capabilities.
