I would say this announcement is a little premature but the project does have traction. I'll be shocked if construction is in progress early or mid October.

It's going to happen. It just will not be as grand as it once was. It's renovating the Cooley building, building a hotel and parking garage. There will also be 2 franchised restaurants.
