if you go to the Cotton Mills website and look at the sketchup images and animation, they have something like grasscrete for additional parking where they have parking now.

let this project finally happen. Have been pulling for it to go through for years. Would help Starkville tremendously. From what I understand getting the lease on Cooley was the last major hurdle so maybe it will finally happen
