I'm not a lawyer and certainly don't pretend to be, but could Bond have left himself anonymous? Why is he representing one side of this argument and not a lawyer or spokesman?<div>
</div><div>Bond is a fairly public guy and if this just blows over, I think he takes a pretty big hit in credibility (outside of the MSU circle). The fact he put his name out there front and center speaks a lot for his certainty on the matter.</div><div>
