Countries say they will continue to pollute unless they are shown the money

Any fundraising has goals that may or may not be reached. I was just showing Airhead that there's more than one country contributing.

There is ZERO doubt the U.S. would be the leading contributors of funding. Do you dispute this?

We have already given 1 billion. Some other countries have contributed but nobody is under any obligation to fund or continue to fund. It's all pretty stupid. If these so called third world countries can't use conventional sources of power, too corrupt and stupid, then how are they going to manage renewals or green? There are too many gullible people in the world.

We're the richest member and 2nd largest CO2 emitter so why not? We're leaving the agreement so it doesn't matter now.

Agreed, but we would have paid the lion's share of the money. Part of the reason so many countries agreed. Many would receive money from us. The rest would see us as a much less competitive economy since out changes were front loaded.

Does it bother you that all of Obama "accomplishments" are being systematically destroyed? Paris? Obamacare? Leading from behind? Clean power plan? Destruction of coal? Iran will be in the near future.

What will historians write about Obama? What did he accomplish? If you say the economy, we had the 4th weakest economy under Obama of any President. Sad.

But when you rule with a pen and a phone, this is what happens.

It bothers me that you take so much pleasure in it. Like an immature ex-girlfriend that just wants to see the former boyfriend miserable. Take pride and pleasure in your boys accomplishments fine, but destruction isn't achieving anything....it's just destruction. Any ego driven half a brain can do it (as we see).

When a President bypasses the Constitution and governs, he or she deserves what they get. He never treated Paris as a treaty. He never treated the Iran deal as a treaty. If he had and he convinced enough Senators, Trump could not have stopped it either Paris or Iran deal. You don't rule with a Pen and a Phone. You build relationships. Reagan had a Dem House throughout his entire tenure. He and Tip O'Neill were on opposite sides but they forged a relationship, compromised and did great things. That is how great Presidents operate.

I disagreed with Obama's policies. He is a far left guy that hurt this country in so many ways.

By the way, aren't you being hypocritical. You oppose Trump on everything. What is the difference?

Obama failed to parlay his coalition into meaningful Congressional support. I totally fault him for that.....but none the less, enjoy achievement not pettiness. Trump is make by the same mistakes, imo.

Trump is at least tying to build relationships. A Dem said he has talked more with Trump than he did with Obama over 8 years. I think there is room for bi-partisanship on infrastructure, taxes and repatriation. Let's see if it happens.

There are some Dems that want to get things done, yes. But Trump has to surrender his ego at least a little, and that's not gonna happen, imo.

Paris is alive and well with only three no-shows. The ACA is an ongoing thing and the attempts to repeal and replace have been an utter failure by this admin. Leading from behind is a meaningless statement that you keep saying for some reason. The current admin wants the U.S. to take a back seat to all other countries on various issues so BO's leadership is looking stellar right now. Coal will never be what it was due to cheap natural gas and an effort by many companies to embrace a greener energy future. You keep railing on governing by executive order but that's all Trump has done and everything that's he's done so far can just as easily be undone. At least BO was a two term prez while your guy might not finish one term.

LMAO. Obama was a total failure. Paris is alive for how long? Without the U.S. it dies a painful death. Obamacare is either going to be replace or Graham's strategy of letting it die will take place. Either way, it is gone. Obama's own team called it leading from behind, not me. Trump already took action in Syria essentially upholding Obama's red line. Trump will work with locals to achieve outcomes, not do something unilaterally. The Arab NATO, which is a great idea.

Trump will be an all of the above energy guy. Coal will never return in the U.S. to its once dominant position, but it will survive and do much better under Trump. Especially exports.

All of Obama's major accomplishments are gone or soon will be. A wasted 8 years.

I guess that's why BO got re-elected because he was such a failure. Just call him one-term Donnie. You've left out much but these discussion are pointless and boring.

BO got elected because he got out the minority vote and Romney failed to turn out his base in sufficient numbers. The media helping BO the entire time did not help Romney's chances.
