I'm staying downtown at the Residence Inn. What is the best way to get to the stadium? Roads to avoid, etc. Where is the best place to park?<div>

Take Hollywood off Union. You can park on the left in the park before you get to Central. Trying to come up East Parkway and then turning on Central heading East will take you into the teeth of the traffic.
I assumed Central would be where the traffic was but wasn't sure. I don't mind walking a little ways as long as it is a safe walk back. Is that pay parking? Don't mind if it is, just wondering.
but not close. It's safe though. If you want to be closer and pay just continue on Hollywood over Central and the pay lots are on that street close to the stadium.
