Information is NOT up-to-date. Shows Cherokee County with 61 deaths. Our 86th death was reported yesterday. It showed an "as of September 27th" date, but inaccurate data for the date.
it takes about 7 days for a death to be coded and reported to the state so it will always be behind.

They were keeping it daily and It is the State website and if Cherokee County is behind on reporting the deaths then that may be the problem. They may be reporting them weekly. It is up to the County how often they report them but I am sure the state would like them reported daily if possible.

Don't you think the vaccinated could be or are less cautious than before they got shot? It seems that way to me. That could lead to spreading it.

More people are getting the shots. This time last year it was going up with no shots available.

Just got my 2nd Moderna Saturday actually. Waited largely to see if they would be legit and if reaction cases would go down and they got better over time so I took the plunge.

We know the vaccinated can spread it and most of them I see are in close contact with people and not wearing a mask. I think the shot makes them less worried and more careless about following the science. Remember follow the science.
Well if you are following the science and data. While yes if a vaccinated person has a breakthrough case they are contagious but the thing is to be contagious first you have to have covid and by far as in not even close vaccinated people are less likely to catch it plus they are likely contagious for a shorter period of time when compared with the unvaccinated, and they may harbor less infectous virus overall because they carry a less viral load which is why if they do catch it they are far less likely to get as sick with it.
and the data part 62% of vaccinated people still wear mask in public and try to avoid large gatherings while only 37% of the unvaccinated wear mask and avoid large gatherings

They 4 sure can spread it according to the CDC.
read my whole comment you won't see anywhere in it that I said they couldn't. A: they can but common since tell you whether you've been vaccinated or not if you don't have covid you can't spread it and fact is the vaccinated are much less likely to have it. B: if a vaccinated person does get it they are contagious and yes can spread it but is contagious a shorter period of time. C: vaccinated people are nearly twice as likely to stay away from crowds and wear a mask.

I got my last Moderna in February and no side effects and been around hundreds of people since then and no one I know has got COVID, so the shot protects all that get it, and the more that get it, the sooner it goes away. Not getting the shot is playing Russian Roulette with your life and your family. The hospitalized is way down because of the shot.

As soon as the boosters hit the population it will spike again
Stupid remarks like that are why people are afraid to do the right thing and get the shot. You are spreading scare tactics because you are afraid yourself and in being so you scare people you know and if a friend or family member dies that did not get the shot, that's on you !

When I posted this, I knew it was not a football thread but it is highly football-related and affects football somewhere in the state most every week.

If that is what you believe then get the shot because the last ones to not getting the shot are the ones getting COVID now because they are too bull-headed to get a shot while it is FREE. After a large amount of the population gets the shot it will no longer be FREE and will probably cost you more than you want to pay even if you have insurance it will probably be tier 4 and be several hundred dollars co-payment. Live and learn the hard way. I have spread it to no one and no one I know has spread it. How many Mom & Pop restaurants are open up your way. Do you know people that have got the shot and did they give it to you ? I think I heard the other day about half the American population has got the shot and if they were passing it on, everyone would have it by now, but the worst variant is the delta from India and it is in decline with less hospitalized.

If they can't spread it then why require them to wear a mask?

If your to stupid to look up the CDC report on vaccinated people getting and spreading it then nothing I post will help.
So with more getting the shot than not getting it, it is best to get it and not COVID.
Who should we trust with what is working the science or a very few none believers ? I see the news every day and it proves the shot works, and nowhere on the news, I've seen says it is harmful and doesn't work, that is all news including the news which is pushing for the shot. How were you in math at school? I was an A student in math, but not in a few other courses. That's all I will talk to a wall about.

Israel has more vaccinated than USA
Look at the part about the high number of vaccinated getting infected.

Remember we was talking about the infection rate among vaccinated not deaths.

Are you saying the infection rate among vaccinated people is the same, or higher, than among unvaccinated people?

He said if vaccinated are spreading it get some facts or STHU.

So I posted some facts about vaccinated spreading it.
I've seen nothing you posted that was not your words. I posted the North Carolina website on COVID. (North Carlina Health & Human Services, our Hearth Departments ) Give us a ligament article from a scientific study. I'm done for the day on this subject. Back to watching football posts.
