Im sure this has been asked before, but is the TD's, Timeouts, Halftime etc ringing rule only for SEC games? Still fair game to ring away at non conference?

But"ring responsibly" is promoted regardless of who the opponent is.I'm sure they want to get us in the habit of ringing only at the right time.

Not sure if the SEC still monitors it, but I would think the SEC could care less.
