Non Conference grades for CPC:
RJR: 5-0............... A (Schedule was friendly) Can't argue with 5-0...time for RJR to see the bullets fly in conference.
Reagan................. B (Not the toughest schedule but sit 4-1 with a good win over Lake Norman)
East Forsyth........ B- (Tough Schedule, 3-2 not the powerhouse we normally see from them)
West Forsyth...... B- (Brutal Schedule, 3-2 with a good road win vs Porter Ridge) West Coaches have a closing problem the past 3 years leading late vs Weddington, East Forsyth(twice), Grimsley and Richmond Sr.... Play calling was awful vs Richmond. Somehow, they have become pass happy... steering away from its bread & butter. Probably the most talented team in the CPC.. but Can't trust them!
NW Guilford.......D (Tough Schedule), but 1-4..... is this a rebuilding year? Not Good.
Parkland..............D- (Easy Schedule), at least they got a win because I don't see anymore wins.
***Overall CPC Grade B-/C+ .... It's a rebuilding year for the conference after the past few seasons! It's Going to be difficult for any of our teams to make it to the 3rd round of playoffs.
